JDFS Business Solutions LLP recognizes the social and economic importance of protecting the environment, that its commitment to this must encompass all activities and that it should be prepared to lead by example in promoting a sensitive, considered attitude to the environment. Our approach to managing our environmental issues is compliant to ISO 14001:2015.

AIMS:

To achieve good environmental standards in an ever increasingly wide range of our activities including the reduction, re-use, recycling and disposal of waste.

To make economic use of energy, water and transport usage to minimize waste in all aspects of business function.

To regularly assess the environmental impact resulting from business operations and to remain fully informed of recognized best practices.

To communicate the Environment Policy and Action Plan updates to all interested parties including customers, suppliers and employees, encouraging their active involvement in environmental issues.

PREVENTION OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY  

JDFS Business Solutions LLP is committed to providing a safe environment for all its employees free from discrimination on any ground, protection of life and personal liberty and from harassment at work including sexual harassment.

JD is committed to providing a safe working place for its women employees in particular and underlines that discrimination and attacks on women’s dignity violate the principle of equality of rights. The objective of this policy is to provide protection against sexual harassment of women at workplace and for the prevention and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment and for matters connected therewith.

JD will operate a zerotolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment in the workplace, treat all incidents seriously and promptly investigate all allegations of sexual harassment. Any person found to have sexually harassed a woman employee will face disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from employment.  All complaints of sexual harassment will be taken seriously and treated with respect and in confidence. No one will be victimized for making such a complaint.

This policy takes complete cognizance of all the guidelines and rules laid down in, “The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (hereinafter called ‘Act’) legislated by The Government of India.
